Federal Law dated 28.12.2010 № 391-ФЗ, proposed an amendment to the part 3 of the article 26 of the Federal Law dated 08. 11. 2007 № 261-ФЗ “On Sea Ports in Russian Federation and on the Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation”. According to the law, the demand to issue the normative act by the Government of the Russian Federation, describing the procedure of extermination or neutralization of dangerous cargo in sea ports, was excluded from the items of the article.
