By the order of the Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport dated 20.10.2010 № ИЗ-289-р amendments approving stamp sample for certificates on communication and navigation equipment types, coastal communication and navigation objects, navigators’ training centers, radio specialists and VTS operators were brought to the Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport order dated 06.08.2010 № ИЗ-205-р.
