By the decision of the Customs Union Committee dated 20.09.2010 № 410 changes to the Unified Customs Tariff of the Customs Union concerning specialized port equipment were made.

In particular, zero import duties were set for portal loaders on wheel drive of less than 60 tons capacity (ref. # ТН ВЭД ТС 8426 12 000 1), railway portal container loaders of less than 80 tons capacity (ref. # ТН ВЭД ТС 8426 30 000 1) and mobile machinery on wheel drive with telescopic derrick and top container gripper of less than 45 tons capacity.

The decision of the Customs Union Committee comes into force in 30 days after the date of its official publication.
