By the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from July, 15th, 2010 № 522 changes to the list of industrial and consumer goods and services, domestic market prices (tariffs) for which are subject to state regulation by the Government of the Russian Federation and federal executive bodies were made. According to the brought changes prices (tariffs) for services in transport terminals, ports, airports provided by subjects of natural monopolies, included in the list of subjects of natural monopolies in the sphere of services in transport terminals, ports, airports are subject to the state regulation by Federal Tariff Service.

Besides, by the above mentioned order corresponding changes were brought to the orders of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the activity of Federal Tariff Service.
