According to the Federal law from July, 22nd, 2005 № 116-FZ «About Special Economic Zones in the Russian Federation» by the order of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from May, 26th, 2010 № 208 criteria of an assessment of the business plan by advisory council on port special economic zones were approved.
