By the order of Ministry of Transport of Russia from April, 22nd, 2010 № 100 changes to the order of Ministry of Transport of Russia from January, 20th, 2009 № 7 «About the Approval of the List of Federal Official Bodies Having the Right of Registration and Certification of Seamen Identifacation Card» were made.

These changes specify names of certain administrations of seaports, and also extend the list of basin administrations of of waterways and navigation, authorized to issue identification card of a seaman.

The order of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation comes into force in 10 days after the date of its official publication.
