By the order of Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation from April, 23rd, 2010 № 61 changes to Model Statute for territorial body of Federal Agency of Supervision in Sphere of Communication, Information Technology and Mass Communications, approved by the order of Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation from April, 7th, 2009 № 51 were made.

According to the brought changes powers of territorial body of Federal Agency of Supervision in Sphere of Communication, Information Technology and Mass Communications in issuance of permissions for ship radio stations used on sea, sea-river and internal navigating vessels, were extended.

The order of Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation comes into force in 10 days after the date of its official publication.
