Federal Customs Service of Russia approved the procedure of customs operations with goods at arrival on the customs territory of the Russian Federation in seaports and transporting from places of arrival in places of tentative storage

With a purpose of streamlining customs registration and customs control of goods arriving in containers on the customs territory of the Russian Federation through the maritime check points over the border of the Russian Federation or seaports, opened for the international cargo communication and calls of foreign vessels, and moved on to warehouses of tentative storage located outside of seaports, by the order of Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation from March, 8, 2010 № 510 the Procedure of customs operations with goods at arrival on the customs territory of the Russian Federation in seaports and transporting from places of arrival to places of tentative storage is approved.

 

Customs registration and customs control of sea-crafts on which specified above goods arrive on the customs territory of the Russian Federation are carried out by customs body in accordance with the established procedure.
