By the order of Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation from  March, 15, 2010 № 496 with a purpose of developing transportation of goods, simplification and acceleration of customs procedures  the Instruction about features of customs registration and customs control of goods transported from the Auto-railway-ferry terminal of the seaport of Kaliningrad in Baltiysk to the seaport of Ust-Luga is approved (further - the Instruction).

The Instruction covers goods transported by sea transport from the Auto-railway-ferry terminal of seaport Kaliningrad in Baltiysk to the seaport of Ust-Luga by ships, carrying out linear transportations in the specified ports.

 
Customs registration and customs control of goods is carried out by customs posts Seaport Baltiysk Kaliningrad regional customs and Ust-Luga customs post of Kingiseppsky customs in the order established by the customs legislation of the Russian Federation taking into account features, defined by the above mentioned Instruction.
