By the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from March, 9th, 2010 № 133 the procedure of recognition of the organizations with a view of permission to examine seafarers training vessels and organizations according to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978 with amendments, and also to carry out inspections of vessels and organizations mentioned above was included in the list of legislative acts which Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation has the right to accept independently in the sphere of its activity, established by Statutes for the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from July, 30th, 2004 № 395.
