Changes in rates of port dues in seaports of the Russian Federation are confirmed

By the order of Federal Tariff Service of the Russian Federation dated October, 14th, 2009 № 249-t/20 changes to the order of Federal Tariff Service dated December, 20th 2007 № 522-t/1 “About the Confirmation of Port Dues Rates and Rules of Their Application in Seaports of the Russian Federation” were made.

Changes are brought to the rates of port dues in the following seaports of the Russian Federation:
• seaport of Arkhangelsk;
• seaport of Onega;
• seaport of Vyborg;
• seaport of Vysotsk;
• The Greater Port St.-Petersburg, Passenger Port St.-Petersburg;
• seaport of Ust-Luga;
• seaport of Kaliningrad;
• seaport of Yeysk;
• seaport of Kavkaz;
• seaport of Novorossiysk;
• seaport of Sochi;
• seaport of Taganrog;
• seaport of Temruk;
• seaport of Astrkhan;
• seaport of Olya;
• seaport of Anadyr;
• seaport of Vanino;
• seaport of Vladivostok;
• seaport of De-Kastri;
• seaport of Korsakov;
• seaport of Magadan;
• seaport of Nikolaevsk-on-Amur;
• seaport of Pevek;
• seaport of Providenia;
• seaport of Sovetskaya Gavan.

Besides, by the order of Federal Tariff Service of the Russian Federation dated October, 14th, 2009 № 249-t/20 changes to the appendix № 2 to the order of Federal Tariff Service of the Russian Federation dated December, 20th, 2007 № 522-t/1 “About the Confirmation of Port Dues Rates and Rules of Their Application in Seaports of the Russian Federation” were made.

The order becomes operative in 10 days after the date of official publication.
