In the organizational structure of FSUE "Rosmorport" the following changes were introduced:

1. Excluded:
- Department of State Property;
- Department of State-Private Partnership Projects;
- Personnel Division.

2. Included:
- Personnel Management Division;
- Department of Strategic Development including:
- Strategic Planning Division;
- Division of Investment Relations and State-Private Partnership;
- Department of Transactions with Real Property including:
- Lease Division;
- Division of Insurance Assessment and Support of Transactions with Real Property;
- Department of State Property, Land Tenure and Water Use including:
- Division of Property Stocktaking and Rights Registration;
- Division of Land Tenure and Water Use.
