On September 3, 2022, a briefing of captains was held in the seaport of Vladivostok chaired by Alexey Nikolaev, Executive Director of the Association of Training Sailboats.

Evgeniy Pankratov, Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch, and Sergey Vorobyov, Captain of the Nadezhda sailing training boat, took part in it.

The briefing was also attended by Nikolay Zorchenko, Сaptain of the Pallada sailing boat, representatives of the Primorsky Krai Government, the Vladivostok City Administration, FSEI HPE “Dalrybvtuz”, Primorsky Krai Sailing Federation, FSBI “AMP Primorsky Krai and the Eastern Arctic” and Sovfracht-Vostok LLC.

The briefing was held to discuss important issues concerning the arrangement of the Parade of Sails in the Amur Bay of Vladivostok, with Nadezhda and Pallada sailing training boats, cruising and small yachts, as well as escort vessels among the participants, as part of preparation and conduction of the VII Eastern Economic Forum.

During the briefing, its participants reviewed and discussed the program of the event, agreed on the routes of vessels and the timing of the upcoming parade.
