Information on the seaport of Vostochny in the Register of Seaports of the Russian Federation amended

In accordance with the order of Rosmorrechflot No. ZD-162-r dated 10.06.2022, the information on the seaport of Vostochny in the Register of Seaports of the Russian Federation has been amended.

The adjustments refer to an increase in the number of berths in the seaport of Vostochny caused by including two berths under construction with a total length of 493.6 m, intended for transshipment of coaling cargoes, in the list. When the construction is completed and the berths are commissioned, vessels with a length of 189.8 m, a width of 32.2 m and a loaded draft of 11.6 m are planned to be worked there.

Due to the change in the number of berths in the seaport of Vostochny, the total length of the moorage wall in the seaport has also increased, currently amounting to more than 6.5 km.

The Order of Rosmorrechflot has also specified the values of the terminal capacity and size of open warehouses in the seaport of Vostochny, and a new operator was added to the list of operators of marine terminals operating in the seaport of Vostochny.

The Far Eastern Basin Branch has 18 berths in the seaport of Vostochny, which is 60 % of their total number in the seaport of Vostochny. The length of the moorage wall of the branch’s berths in the seaport is just over 4 km, or 62 % of the total length of the seaport moorage wall.

Out of the total number of berths of the branch in the seaport of Vostochny, one berth is operated directly by the branch, and the remaining ones are leased to operators of marine terminals in accordance with the established procedure.

At the end of 7 months of 2022, 19 million tons of cargo were handled at berths leased by operators of marine terminals, which is 38 % of the total transshipment in the seaport of Vostochny.
