The Far Eastern Basin Branch took part in the events dedicated to the Day of the marine and river fleet workers
Employees of the Far Eastern basin branch of FSUE "Rosmorport" took part in solemn events dedicated to the professional holiday – the Day of the marine and river fleet workers.
According to the established tradition, directly on the day of the holiday, which this year is celebrated on July 3, the branch employees participated in the ceremony of laying flowers at the monument to "Merchant fleet sailors who died in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945".
The solemn event was also attended by representatives of the Duma of the city of Vladivostok, FSBI "AMP Primorsky Krai and the Eastern Arctic", JSC "Far Eastern Shipping Company", Moscow State University named after G.I. Nevelsky and the cadets of this educational institution.
The participants of the ceremony honored the memory of the fallen sailors with a minute of silence after laying flowers.
On the eve of the holiday on July 1, 2022, the Far Eastern Basin Branch hosted the presentation of awards and incentives of the Ministry of Transport of Russia, the Russian Chamber of Shipping, FSUE "Rosmorport" and the branch itself to the most distinguished employees of the branch for their high professionalism and achieved labor successes. Sergey Krylov, Adviser to the Chairman of the Vladivostok City Duma, Konstantin Sylka, Head of the Pacific Fleet Transport Support Department, and Andrey Konotop, Acting Rector of the Moscow State University named after Admiral G.I. Nevelsky, took part in the solemn event as invited guests of honor.
During the solemn event, Yevgeny Pankratov, director of the Far Eastern Basin Branch, was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Governor of Primorsky Krai, the second electrician of the icebreaker Captain Khlebnikov was awarded the Gratitude of the Governor of Primorsky Krai, and a number of branch employees were encouraged by letters of thanks from the Governor of Primorsky Krai and certificates of honor from the Ministry of Construction and Road Management of Primorsky Krai.
In the final part of the award program, the orchestra of the Far Eastern Basin Branch organized a small concert with the participation of well-known vocalists in the city.
