Far Eastern Basin Branch establishes decreasing coefficient to rates of ecological dues in the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka

The Far Eastern Basin Branch reports that based on Clause 3 of Russia’s Antimonopoly Service Order No. 711/16 of June 06, 2016 and pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 583 of December 05, 2018 the following decreasing coefficients have been applied for vessels of foreign navigation in the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka since December 15, 2018 while calculating ecological dues for services rendered by the Far Eastern Basin Branch to collect shipboard wastes:
- coefficient 0.7 has been applied for all vessels, except RORO ships, floating vessels, container carriers and tank vessels;
- coefficient 0.7 has been applied for RORO ships, floating vessels and container carriers;
- coefficient 0.6 has been applied for tank vessels.
