New rates of environmental dues at the seaports of Vladivostok, Vostochny and Nakhodka

Pursuant to Clause 1 of Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service Order No 1670/18 of November 30, 2018 and FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 26 of January 23, 2019 new rates of environmental dues for services rendered by the FSUE “Rosmporport” Far Eastern Basin Branch at the seaports of Vladivostok, Vostochny and Nakhodka to ensure environmental security have been approved.

The FSUE “Rosmorport” order came into effect February 01, 2020.

In parallel with FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 39 of January 29, 2019 while calculating environmental dues for services rendered by the Far Eastern Basin Branch to ensure environmental security in the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka the following decreasing coefficients have been applied for vessels of foreign navigation since February 01, 2019:
- the coefficient 0.7 has been applied for all vessels, with the exception of tanker ships, floating boats, container carriers and tank vessels;
- the coefficient 0.7 has been applied for tanker ships, floating boats and container carriers;
- the coefficient 0.6 has been applied for tank vessels.
