Deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch, head of the Eastern Directorate Evgeny Egudin took part in the Career Event held in Novosibirsk, in the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Military Education “Siberian State University of Water Transport”, on February 19-20, 2019 while deputy director for navigation safety of the Far Eastern Basin Branch Igor Glukhov participated in the similar event in Vladivostok, in Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University, on February 21, 2019.

In Novosibirsk Rosmorrechflot deputy head Andrei Tarasenko met representatives of over 40 maritime and river companies. The meeting in Vladivostok involved cadets and representatives of maritime and fishery organizations of the region.

The participants in the Career Event presented their enterprises and spoke in detail about the specifics of the work. They focused on the requirements imposed upon candidates for filling vacancies and employment possibilities for future specialists.

Addressing students, cadets and representatives of the university, Egudin answered all questions related to work experience internship, including aboard vessels of the Far Eastern Basin Branch – the Professor Khlyustin and the Nadezhda sailing ship.

Glukhov told students and cadets about the activities carried out by the Far Eastern Basin Branch and the primary requirements imposed upon cadets upon entry into employment. He also reported on specialties in demand in the Far Eastern Basin Branch.
