Far Eastern Basin branch workers take part in celebrations marking Victory Day
Within the framework of the celebrations marking the 74th anniversary of the victory in the 1941-1945 Great Patriotic War workers of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch took part in the festive events in the Primorye Territory.
On the eve of the holiday on May 8, 2019 the director of the branch, Viktor Vanyukov, chaired a solemn meeting in honor of the branch’s several employees, who have seen the war as children.
Viktor Vanyukov warmly congratulated all workers on the Victory Day.
An orchestra of Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University performed a concert for the workers of the Far Eastern Branch. He performed songs of the wartime.
As part of the festive events employees of the Far Eastern Basin Branch laid wreaths at the monument to merchant seamen perished during the Great Patriotic War.
Workers of the Olga Directorate of the Far Eastern Basin Branch also took part in a solemn event devoted to the 74th anniversary of the 1941-1945 Great Patriotic War in the settlement of Olga. They laid wreaths at the monument to fellow villagers, who went off to war from the settlement of Olga and paid tribute to their memory by observing a minute of silence.
