On Pilotage Dues in Vladivostok, Vostochny and Nakhodka Seaports

Far Eastern Basin Branch informs that based on paragraph 3 of Russia's FAS Order No. 711/16 dated 06.06.2016 and pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 658 dated 28.12.2016 and No. 14 dated 17.01.2017:
a) when calculating pilotage dues in the seaports of Vladivostok, Vostochny and Nakhodka established by Russia's FAS Order No. 711/16 dated 06.06.2016 the following coefficients are applied:
- for container carriers operating on lines opened in established order, the coefficient  0.85;
- for container carriers with an open top ( «Open top»), operating on lines opened in established order, the coefficient is 0.75;
b) when calculating pilotage dues in the seaport of Nakhodka to the rates foreign vessels by the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch in the seaport of Ust-Luga of pilotage gathering at the seaport of Nakhodka by FAS Russia order No. 711/16  06.06.2016,  coefficient 0.8 is applied.

These coefficients are applied by FSUE “Rosmorport” during the period of 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2017.

From January 1, 2017 in the seaport of Vladivostok,  the coefficient 0,95, previously established by FSUE “Rosmorport” order No. 374 dated 09.08.2016, is abrogated and no longer applied to the rates of pilotage dues for foreign voyages in the seaport of Vladivostok.

In the seaport of Vostochny in accordance with the FSUE “Rosmorport” order No. 15 dated 17.01.2017, in turn, the coefficient 0,95, established by FAS Russia order No. 711/16 dated  06.06.2016, has been given further effect for the period from 01.01.2017 to 12.31.2017 and is applied to the rates of pilotage dues for foreign voyages in the seaport of Vostochny.
