Celebration Of The Victory Day In Vrangel Village Of The City Of Nakhodka
Employees of the Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch took part in the ceremonial events devoted to the 71st anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
The Branch employees paraded the central streets of the Vrangel village of the city of Nakhodka in ceremonial columns and laid flowers and wreaths at the Pamyat Memorial.
During the ceremonial rally held afterward, the Acting director of the Far Eastern Basin Branch – Head of the Eastern Department Vadim Mordvintsev congratulated all the participants on the anniversary, noting, “The Victory Day entered our hearts as a symbol of heroism, dignity and courage of the Soviet people who had defended the peace.”
At the end of the ceremonial events there was held a celebratory athletic running actively attended by the Department employees.
Within the festive program there were field kitchens and artistic groups' performances for guests and residents of the city. The day ended with celebratory fireworks.
