By order No. YK-52-R of Rosmorrechflot dated March 21, 2016 the information on the seaport of Vostochny in the Register of seaports of the Russian Federation has been amended.

In particular, the adjustments are related to the inclusion in the main technical characteristics of the seaport Vostochny information on roadstead transshipment complex (RTC) “Vostochny-1”, intended for roadstead transshipment of oil, general cargoes and high-capacity containers.

Earlier, the Ministry of Transport of Russia by its order No. 364 dated December 16, 2015 introduced changes to the Compulsory Regulations in the seaport of Vostochny, according to which the list of places, intended for the loading operations on handling of oil and its products under the vessel to vessel scheme in the seaport of Vostochny, was complemented by the “Vostochny-1” area.

The Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch provides to vessels calling and staying at the “Vostochny-1” roadstead transshipment complexes in the seaport of Vostochny the following services:
– VTS navigation services;
– pilotage services;
– ecological services;
– towage services;
– crew boat services.
