By order of Rosgranitsa No.226-OD dated September 16, 2015, the boundaries of the maritime cargo-passenger permanent multilateral checkpoint through the state border of the Russian Federation in the seaport of Vladivostok have been approved.

Within the approved  checkpoint boundaries in the seaport of Vladivostok there are 17 out of 23 berths of  the Far Eastern Basin Branch, which are leased to the operators of marine terminals under the established procedure  to carry out loading and unloading operations there.

For reference:
In the first 9 months of 2015 at the seaport of Vladivostok there were handled more than 5.4 million tonnes of cargo export and import, which is by 25.7 % less than in the same period last year. At 17 berths of the Far Eastern Basin Branch, located within the boundaries  of the checkpoint through the state border of the Russian Federation in the sea port of Vladivostok, during the same period there were processed 2.8 million tonnes of cargo export and import, which is 51.9% of the total volume of transshipment of cargo export and import in seaport of Vladivostok.
