By order No.2667-r of the Russian Government dated December 24, 2015 changes were made to boundaries of the seaport of Vladivostok waters.

Adjustment of boundaries is related to exclusion from the waters boundaries of the seaport of Vladivostok a part of the water area of the Golden Horn Bay of the Sea of Japan (the operational water area near berth No. 48), provided in separate water management top the Federal State Institution “Border Department of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the Primorsky Territory”.
