By order No. 188/k of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch dated 15.02.2016, on February 15, 2016  pilot of 1st category of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch Pilot Service –  Deputy Head of the Service Vladimir Mordvintsev was appointed Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch – Head of the Eastern Department ad interim.
