The Far Eastern Branch informs that based on Clause 3 of Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service Order No 711/16 of June 06, 2016 and under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 255 of July 07, 2017 coefficient 0.7 to the pilotage dues rates of foreign navigation in the seaport of Nakhodka is applied in calculating harbor dues collected by the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch for pilotage services rendered in the seaport of Nakhodka. The rates were established under Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service Order No 711/16 of June 06, 2016.

In addition to the above-mentioned coefficient, coefficient 0.6 is applied in carrying out relocation of vessels between the berths of the seaport of Nakhodka.

Coefficients determined by FSUE “Rosmorport” are applied for the period from July 07, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
