According to order of Mintrans of Russia No. 387 dated 31.10.2012 “On harbor dues list, charged in the Russian Federation Seaports” and Articles of FSUE “Rosmorport” the far-Eastern Basin Branch starts charging transport safety due starting from 00 a.m. of 1 December 2015 (Vladivostok time). The due shall be charged in order to ensure transport safety of Vladivostok, Vostochny, Nakhodka and Zarubino Seaports, and maintenance, modernization and construction of technical facilities that provide transport safety in the corresponding seaports.
