According to the Order of the Russian Federation government dated 21 May 2013 No. 817-r the sea cargo-passenger temporal multiway checkpoint on the State Border on the Russkiy Island is closed since 21 May 2013.

The checkpoint was established in 2011 by the Order of The Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation dated 27 June 2011 No. 90-PP for the time of construction of objects required for holding a meeting of the leaders of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum members.

Within the bounds of the temporal checkpoint berths No.No. 2-6 functioned now operating on the basis of the right of economic management of the FSUE “Rosmorport”.

On these berths transposition of the inert matters, wide range of constructive cargo and containers took place then transported to the construction projects on the Russkiy Island.
