11-12 of March 2011 A.N. Nedosekov, deputy Minister of transport, visited Vladivostok at a working trip. On the 12th of March in the framework of the trip A.N. Nedosekov headed an expanded meeting concerning construction of the APEC 2012 objects and cargo terminal on the Russky Island functioning. S.P. Gorelik, Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport head deputy, V.Y. Vanyukov, Deputy General director of FSUE “Rosmorport” for navigation safety, A.I. Novitchkov, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok branch also took part in the meeting.

On 12 of March A.N. Nedosekov visited Russky Island to become familiar to the APEC 2012 objects construction progress.
