On December 1, 2022, the ceremony of awarding the winners and awardees of the regional stage of the All-Russian Competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” took place in the Governmen's Official Reception House of the Khabarovsk Territory.

As in the last year, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vanino Branch became the winner and the awardee in two nominations at once. In 2022, the Branch was awarded first place in the nomination “For the best conditions for employees with family responsibilities in industrial organizations” and third place in the nomination “For the development of social partnership in industrial organizations”.

The purpose of the competition is to attract public attention to the importance of social issues at the level of enterprises, and provide actual examples of meeting social challenges, as well as to share positive experience in this sphere.

The winners in the nominations of the competition were determined by the decision of the Tripartite Commission on Regulating Social and Labor Relations of the Khabarovsk Territory.

For the Vanino Branch, participation in the competition is an opportunity to demonstrate active social policy of the Branch, its achievements in working with personnel, the results of improvement of working conditions and labor protection, as well as development of social partnership within the branch.
