The FSUE “Rosmorport” Vanino Branch has taken part in a regional stage of the all-Russian contest “Russian Organization of High Social Effectiveness”.

The contest is held every year and includes two stages: the regional and the federal one.

The purpose of the contest is to attract the public  attention to significant social issues at the level of organizations by showing concrete examples for resolving social issues and spreading positive experience in this field.

The Vanino Branch’s participation in the contest proves its active social policy, the achievements of its work with the personnel, the results of the work for improving working conditions and labor safety, as well as the development of social partnership.

Winners are determined in nominations of the contest in compliance with a decision taken by the trilateral commission for the settlement of social and labor relations. They are awarded with certificates and can be nominated for the participation in the contest at the federal level.

Based on the results of the contest the Vanino Branch took second place in the nomination “For the Best Conditions to Workers with Family Obligations in Production Sphere Organizations”.
