Winners of the regional stage of the all-Russian contest “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” were awarded on December 25, 2019.

The purpose of the contest was to attract public attention to the importance of social issues at the level of organizations, to demonstrate specific examples for resolving social problems and to spread positive experience in this field.

Winners of the contest nominations were determined under a decision taken by the trilateral commission for the settlement of social and employment relationship of Khabarovsk Territory.

The FSUE “Rosmorport” Vanino Branch has taken award-winning positions in two nominations by considerably improving their last year’s result.

The branch has been awarded the second place in the nomination “For Creating the Best Conditions for Employees with Family Obligations in Productive Sphere Organizations” and the third place in the nomination “For Developing Social Partnership in Productive Sphere Organizations”.

Participation of the Vanino Branch in the contest proves the possibility for demonstrating the branch’s active social policy, the achievements of the work with personnel, the results of the work to improve working conditions, as well as to develop social partnership within the framework of the branch.
