In accordance with the order No. 387 of Ministry of Transport of Russia dated October 31, 2012 “On approval of the list of port dues levied in seaports of the Russian Federation” and the Charter of FSUE "Rosmorport”, in order to ensure transport security of the water areas of the seaports of Vanino, De-Kastri, Nikolaevsk-on-Amur and Sovetskaya Gavan, the maintenance in proper technical condition, maintenance, repair, reconstruction and new construction of engineering and technical means of transport security in the relevant seaports of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vanino Branch starting from 0 hours 00 minutes February 1, 2016, dues for seaport waters transportation security for the relevant services rendered by  FSUE “Rosmorport” in the seaports of Vanino, De-Kastri, Nikolaevsk-on-Amur and Sovetskaya Gavan are to be levied.
