In accordance with the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch order dated 29.08.2024 No. 908, a coefficient of 0.75 is applied in the calculation of pilotage dues for bulk vessels with a gross capacity of 10,000 or more, excluding the gross capacity of insulated ballast tanks specified in the measuring certificate, at the seaport of Big Port St. Petersburg from September 1, 2024.
