The FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin branch notifies that the order No. 459 dated 05.12.2022 by the FSUE “Rosmorport” establishes the procedure and conditions for granting a preferential integrated tariff rate for maritime cargo transportation for legal entities to compensate part of the increased cost of cargo transportation when reorienting cargo delivery to (from) the Kaliningrad region from the overland route to the sea route, regarding the cost of transportation of the relevant goods to (from) the Kaliningrad region from (to) the territory of other constituent territories of the Russian Federation through the territories of neighboring states in the conditions of external sanctions.

The preferential integrated tariff rate is provided by the FSUE “Rosmorport” for cargo transportation on the Ust-Luga Seaport – Kaliningrad Seaport line on the General Chernyakhovsky and Marshal Rokossovsky car ferries, as well as on the Sparta and Sparta II vessel from November 1, 2022 to December 15, 2022.
