The rowing team of the Kaliningrad Department of the North-Western Basin Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport” participated in the traditional rowing regatta “Milya Vityazya” among amateur teams as part of the “Vodnaya Assambleya” festival, which took place on September 12, 2020 on the Pregolya River in Kaliningrad.

The regatta was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and the 30th anniversary of the Museum of the World Ocean in Kaliningrad.

The rowing regatta was attended by 6 teams consisting of personnel of enterprises and institutions of Kaliningrad, including the team of the Administration of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region, the Administration of the city of Kaliningrad, the Kaliningrad branch of Sberbank, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Kaliningrad Region, the Kaliningrad branch of the FSBI "Seaport Administration of the Baltic Sea".

The race was held on YAL-6 sea boats at a distance of 750 meters. The crew of each boat consisted of 6 rowers and one coxswain.

According to the results of the competition, the crew of the Kaliningrad Department of the North-Western Basin Branch showed the best result and took the first place.
