In compliance with Russian Government Directive No. 1923 of December 27, 2019 and pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 150 of April 22, 2020 with a view to lay the competitive groundwork in the seaport of Ust Luga Order No. 545 of April 24, 2020 issued by the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch established decreasing coefficients for calculating pilotage dues for pilotage services rendered by the North-Western Basin Branch in the seaport of Ust Luga.

The FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch order comes into effect on April 27, 2020.
