A team of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch took part in an annual yacht regatta “Nautical Mile 2019” at the central yacht club in the seaport of Passenger Port of St.-Petersburg on September 20, 2019.

Eighteen teams divided in two divisions took part in the competitions. The first division involved teams of educational institutions of Saint Petersburg and the second one included operators of sea terminals and the team of the North-Western Basin Branch.

A program of the competitions envisioned six circular routes each with the length of 1.5 nautical miles. A winner of the races was defined by total points according to the results of each route.

Based on the results of the competitions among participants in the second division the team of the North-Western Basin Branch ran Yacht No. 7 of Santers 760 Class by overtaking all opposition and took first place.

Upon completing the ceremony, the team of the North-Western Basin Branch was awarded with a cup and each member of the crew was given a medal and a gift certificate.
