The North-Western Basin Branch reports that pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 534 of December 25, from January 01, 2020 coefficient 0.9 will be applied in the seaport of Big Port Saint Petersburg when calculating harbor dues for container carriers using liquefied natural gas as main fuel.

The use of the decreasing coefficient is aimed at supporting and developing container service on more ecological vessels, which put calls at the seaport of Big Port Saint Petersburg.
