Administration of Museum of the World Ocean invited the Kaliningrad department team of the North-West Basin Branch to take part in the annual boat race on yawls “Vityaz’s Mile” organized by the museum within the festival “Water Assembly”. In this year the Assembly is dedicated to the 75^th anniversary of the research vessel “Vityaz”.
 
FSUE “Rosmorport” debuted in the regatta. The participants, among who there were also teams of the Baltic and the Black Sea Fleets, Baltic Fishing Fleet State Academy, Kaliningrad Marine Fishing College and cadet courses of the city Pionerskiy, competed on the 800 meters distance. Each yawl crew consisted of 6 rowers and 1 steersman.
 
Following the results of the race, the crew of Kaliningrad department of the North-West Basin Branch showed the 6^th score from 9 teams and was awarded with a commemorative certificate by the organizer of the competition.
