North-Western Basin Branch notifies all the persons concerned that from February 14, 2014 the new rates for the freight handling works and the related services, as well as the new tariffs for the mooring services provided with the use of the North-Western Basin Branch Kaliningrad Department forces and facilities at the railway ferry complex in Kaliningrad Seaport are applied.
