On November, 8-10 in Liepaja (Latvia) X Basketball Tournament among Baltic sea ports' teams. The FSUE "Rosmorport" North-West basin branch's team took 2nd place.

The popular tournament annually takes place in one of the Baltic sea ports. It symbolizes an effective cooperation between the sea port of the region and the competition spirit, and also popularizes the healthy life-style among the sphere enterprises employees. The FSUE "Rosmorport" social politics presumes participation in sport events to increase the employees' level of involvement into the enterprise's life and to form the positive attitude to work.

This year the tournament was participated by 6 teams from 4 countries: Tallinn (Estonia), Ventspils, Riga and Liepaja (Latvia), Kaliningrad (Russia) and Klaipeda (Lithuania).

The FSUE "Rosmorport" North-West basin branch's team from Kaliningrad, due to players' dedication, regular trainings and support of the enterprise's senior management, took 2nd place in the persistent struggle.

Next year the sea port of Kalinigrad will host the XI Basketball Tournament among Baltic sea ports' teams.
