Changes in the sea port of Vysotsk border

The sea port of Vysotsk (Leningrad region) border was changed by the dercee of the Government of Russian Federation dated 14.06.2012 № 589 "On changes in the Government of Russian Federation decree dated 31.12.2004 №897" by including land plots and the sea terminal objects located at the Putevoy Cape in the territory and water area of the sea port of Vysotsk.

Today the Putevoy Cape sea terminal, which is actually under reconstruction, is used for the transshipment of commercial output from the nearby pulp-and-paper industrial wood processing complex located in Sovetsk. According to the sea terminal reconstruction plan, it's project capacity for transshipment of general cargos is to gain 3 mln tons.

Pilote and VTS services for vessels, which are bound for the sea terminal or the sea port of Vysotsk, are provided by the Pilote Service and the port VTS of the Vyborg-Vysotsk Department of the FSUE "Rosmorport" North-West Basin Branch.
