Last ten days of December 2011 saw the handover of building and equipment of stationery inspection and examination complex from FSUE "Rosmorport" to Rosgranstroy State-owned Federal State Institution. The complex building in 3rd region of the Greater port Saint Petersburg was built by FSUE "Rosmorport" and transferred to Rosgranstroy on the right of operational management.

Orders of Federal Agency for State Property Management Saint Petersburg department orders №№ 999-r and 808-r were published 26.11.2010 and 12.10.2010 subsequently.
