By the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western basin branch director order dated 01.06.2011 № 1281-л Efremov Oleg Pavlovich was appointed deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western basin branch – chief of Ust-Luga department starting from the 1st of June, 2011. Oleg Pavlovich held a post of chief of capital construction and repairs service of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western basin branch earlier.
