By the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 27.12.2010 № 628/к A.A. Shtin has been dismissed from the position of the Ust-Luga branch director owing to labor contract expiry since 31.12.2010.

By the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 31.12.2010 № 647/к, since 17.01.2011 duties of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Ust-Luga branch director are imposed on Vladimir Egorovich Konovalov, deputy director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Saint Petersburg branch — Ust-Luga department chief.
