For the purposes of navigation safety and for the reason of an actual state and forecasts of the ice conditions development, restrictions on the ice navigation on the approach fairway to the seaport of Primorsk are set.

The restrictions for vessels with an Ice 1 rate and less will be introduced from 00:00 25.01.2011 in accordance with an order dated 18.01.2011 № 02/КП-05-р by the Greater Port Saint-Petersburgh captain P.P. Parinov.
