By the order of the FSUE “Rosmorport” General director dated 27.12.2010 № 786 in connection with the production necessity the following positions has been introduced into the staff list since 01.01.2011:
       - deputy director for fleet of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Saint-Petersburg branch; 
       - deputy director for capital construction and operations of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Saint-Petersburg branch; 
       - deputy director on legal and property issues of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Saint-Petersburg branch;

By the FSUE “Rosmorport” Saint-Petersburg branch director orders dated 31.12.2010 № 817-л, № 818-л, № 819-л the following people were transferred to the mentioned positions (respectively): 
       - Georgiy Stepanovich Melnik, former deputy director for commissioning of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Saint-Petersburg branch; 
       - Vasiliy Petrovich Latysh, former deputy director for capital construction of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Saint-Petersburg branch; 
       - Nikita Konstantimovich Shumilin, former deputy director for general issues of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Saint-Petersburg branch.
