By the orders of the first deputy captain for navigation safety of the Greater Port Saint-Petersburg A.F. Glukhov dated 03.12.2010 № 02-КП-172-р and 06.12.2010 № 02-КП-174-р ice navigation restrictions on the seaports of Vyborg and Vysotsk approaches fairway were announced. Starting from 00:00, the 10th of December, 2010 the restrictions are applicable to ships without an ice class, in the seaport of Vyborg to ships of less than 2 000 h.p. power capacity.
