Due to the commissioning of the seaport building № 3 within the limits of the launching complex № 2 second stage construction completion, by the order of Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Infrastructure of the Russian Federation dated 08.09.2010 № 402-OD sea passenger permanent multilateral check point over the border of the Russian Federation in the Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg was opened, and the limits of the check point mentioned above were approved.

The order comes into force in 10 days after the date of its official publication.
